I have these jeans I had from last year. I wear them but they are a mess. Sort of. So here's what I'm gonna do. Throw bleach in places, fabic paint splatters, sand paper areas, sew random shapes on it, plus add polka dot and stripe fabric where holes are. The idea I have in my mind is pretty good. When I get around to buying everything I need I'll post them on here and you can all tell me what you think :D. But how's the idea sound? Is it a little, too much?

sounds great....which is probably exactly what they do to those pants that go for like $150 and look like they've been through the sahara desert and back.

Oh, the bleach, the polka dots... you're brilliant.

I'd keep it simple, kind of. I'd throw bleach splatters in a couple of areas, maybe the sandpaper, and glue some rhinestone things on the back pockets - perfect.

Maybe you could post up a picture once you're done? _smile.gif

Keep it simple and don't make it look too tacky. I'm sure you'll get talked about if it is tacky.

Good idea! Sounds like it would be a fun project to do too. I'll have to wait til one of my pairs of jeans gets worn out and try that...I'm looking forward to seeing the pictures. :)

That sounds like a great plan! Very original! Remember to take a picture so we can see it!

Yeah i agree with her, but im not too big a fan of rhinestones. maybe instead you can sew some polka dot or zebra print fabric.
