Ok, so I don't really ask relationship questions on CB, but I have no one at home to really talk to this about because they wouldnt understand where I'm coming from, so, here it goes.

I've liked this guy, lets call him Craig, since the beginning of the school year. We started talking to each other last year, and this year is the year we've become really good friends. Well Craig has been dating one of my best freinds, lets call her Kim, for 3 weeks now. It's been really hard for me to not flirt or tell anyone how I feel. So far i've only told 1 person I like Craig. I'm not sure if I should try to get over him & move on, tell him, or tell kim, or....well I'm just so confused I don't know what to do. I just need some advice on what you think I should do or what you did in my situation. Thanks _smile.gif

You should leave them be. If you tell them that you like Craig and force your feelings on him then that would just hurt Craig and being selfish. I say this a lot in relationship topics but like i ALWAYS say, "if you love/like someone, you should think more of ther happiness than your own". I learned that the hard way but to know that your selflessness helped the person i care for to be happy is comforting. BUT you CAN tell them that you like him but i won't approove of you demanding those feelings to be returned. But it would be nice if you have someone who you can talk about it with and besides... you'll find someone else you'll like better so dont give up and wish happiness to the world!

There are topics like this already. This for example:
http://www.createblog.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=105948 .

I'm reluctant to close this though. I hate closing "duplicate topics" in relationships, because it's seldom that two people's situations are exactly the same. So I will leave this open.

You should really move on with your life besides getting stuck over Craig. Craig might not just be your perfect type. If you really like him, and you want to destroy their relationship, then go ahead and do so. But, I really suggest you leaving them alone and see what the future has for them. You can tell Craig that you like him, but don't get your hopes high that he will like you back. He might just even reject you and that he has only thought of you as a friend. Nothing else, leave it alone might just be the perfect idea.

But then again u shouldnt ignore your feelings so....uh......

Suggest u guys have a 3 way relationship...kims ur best friend so she would mind being around u and u both like the same guy...and the guy wouldnt mind having 2 girlfriends....it could work? :P

I disagree with that. This is just like the multiple-wife policy some countries (like China) used to have. Look how many murders that caused.

People (especially girls) hate to have to "share" their love interest, even if it's crushes. One of you will get jealous VERY easily, i can guarantee you that. Try it at your own risk, but your risk is losing your best friend.

The next thing to do is to wait till they break up.. it's not very nice but at least it's better than stealing him DURING the relationship.
