I've been searching through the tutorials and the other forums, but I haven't found anything to help me learn how to make pictures like these:
Is it possible to do without PSP and other programs like that? PLEASE help me! This is driving me insane P.S. I'm not sure if this is where I'm supposed to post a question like this so if there is somewhere else I should put this, let me know! |

Here are a few sites that have tutorials. You might want to download Photoshop and AnimationShop for some of these.

There used to be a site where you just upload the picture and animate there; but it shut down.
 Sorry
