hey i noticed that people have put scroll bars in their interest areas and in the blurb area.....hows it done?

use this code and put it where ever u want there to be scrollbars:
<td><p><DIV id=scroll3 style="OVERFLOW: auto; HEIGHT: 100px">whatever u want it to say in the scrollbars goes here</div> |
