Is there any place that you can upload pictures to turn into cursors. I need to know how to end my pics with a .ani or .cur to make them cursors. If you have a program then could you let me know so i can either download it or send the pic to you so you can make a cursor...thanks in advance...

I think photoshop can, but you need the plugin.

you cant just change the exentsion you have to actually make it that way..
photoshop does make cursors but not animated or transparent ones. iconart also makes cursors. |
