I don't know where this came from, or how it came to me. Rough night, just had to let myself go.... and I did.
Sometimes we got so caught up in dealing with so much bullshit. Trying to cover for someone because of some shit they did. Trying to prove that our crew is the shit. Trying to keep our rep in check. Sometimes though... sometimes... its just not worth it. If you really are his homie, if you are his family... your gonna know when to tell them that "i'm out" or "you're done." Trying to tell them that its just not right, too dangerous, like "bitch, we are family. I'm not letting you do this, always got your back." Nothing is more important then preserving the friendship, that bond we have. Even if it means showing weakness. no matter what happens, we do what we feel is right. Look out for those you care for. As family, we care for eachother. Why let our pride or reputation as what we are blind us, possibily making us of making the mistake of never seeing each other again. Thats what being family is, knowing that you did something that means you can wake up tommorow, knowing that you can check it and chill with each other again. Knowing that you did something not just for you... but for those you care for the most. |

Yeah seriously... Sometimes friends get stupid and people are afraid to tell them that... But a true friend would be one person who will actually drag his friend out of that stupidity and not stay there with him.
