if you click this you'll see in the frame there's a scroll bar at the bottom because of the ..... how do i make it where it goes down instead of across

Wouldn't you just change the part in the div to visible instead of auto so it looks something like this.
<div style="overflow: visible;.....>Content</div> |

the width of either your div or iframe is off. change the iframe width to something smaller and see if it still does..
