 the shading is looking really good; it's nice and soft and it blends I can't wait to see the finished!

Really good for your first time too. The layers really blend in together. Cant wait to see when it's finished.

Very good, at least it's better than what I can do.
It looks scary so far, but I guess it'll turn out much better than this when the final product is finished! |

Pretty nice so far. But it would produce more accurate and realistic in color of the resulted vector if you don't use a posterized image.

^ Um, I don't think she's using colours from the POSTERIZED image. I'm pretty sure she made a colour palette beforehand...
