That sounds good, minus the spinach. I'm thinking you could have two versions: one with spinach, called Spinach Dip; and one without spinach, called Spinach-Free Spinach Dip.

the one i learned to make has sour cream instead of cream cheese and cheddar cheese. but it rocks! |

lol. Any kind of Spinach Dip would be good. you can add something extra or replace it w/ some other healthy stuff such as fresh spinach.
