When I'm bored, I push the refresh button on my browser just to see if anyone viewed/replied on my topic - Yeah call me a n00b, or whatever, but you all know you've done it too!

If I want to see if someone posted in my topic, I would click the "my assistant" link and it will show me how many people replied to my topics... refresh button is troublesome
