Download some cool PSP brushes or whatever.
Open a document that's 88x31px.
Put some text like Effin layouts.
Make the background whatever color using paint bucket tool.
And there you have it.

Just a Question how do you move the brushes to PSP 9?
Because I placed them in the Brush folder but It didn't work
am I doing something wrong?

I really wouldn't do that..it just gets slow..

Save your brushes into another folder on your desktop and upload them a diff way..If i knew a diff way i'd tell you... [i use photoshop]...but surely there is a diff way?

To get them into psp9?
i don't get your question.

Try going to file >import >> custom brush and find the brush on your comp and add it =]

look in your documents and if you have a folder called psp files.. look in there and then if you have a brush folder put it in there.

Or just put it wherever and import it.
