Man, some people have no sense of humor.

I've heard another story similar to this. A few years ago, a couple of radio DJ's got sued by an African-American woman for running a contest in which the top prize was a "black hoe". Yep, you guessed it--the winner got the infamous gardening utensil in the color black.

that is not funny. i heard about that a few years ago on the radio and it pissed me off. that woman worked her ass off to sell the most beers (i believe) to win a car.

how would you like if it you needed something really bad and worked your ass off for nothing? stubborn.gif

Thats just part of the story. I studied this case in law class a while back. They had a contest for the waitresses at hooters and that the winner would get a "toyota". Its was word of mouth from the managers and owner of the Hooters restaruant, so their wasn't flyers specifying "toyota" or "toy yoda". The girl won the contest and told her family. They got local newspapers and news stations to watch as she recieved her new "toyota". They came out with a toy and laughed in her face in front of her family, spectators, and media.

I wrote an essay and a half wacko.gif

^I can now see why she was so upset and offended, i mean the media, friends, spectators, and family were there watching all of this. I would of been emberrassed too.
Man, but it was a nice prank though by the managers...:)

Eh. It's kinda funny. Especially cause it was a hooters girl. idk why but that makes it somewhat funny.
