i think i put this in the right forum but if not, sorry.okay, theres this guy in my italian class and i dont think i have ever talked to him before. and he used to have a crush on my best friend but she had a bf at the time so she rejected him. well, all of a sudden one of my friends tells me that he likes me. i didnt believe him but i was online yesterday and he IMed me. then he asked me to go to a dance tonight but i lied and said i couldnt. i kno it doesnt seem like a big problem but its really bothering me. i dont kno him and im not attracted to him watsoever. hes like really shy and okay looking but hes really not my type. i hate rejecting ppl so i dont cuz most of the guys who ask me out dont go to my school so i usually have a friend do it for me. but i have to see this guy at least 3 times a week in class so i dont want to hurt his feelings or anything. and i dont want to go out with him cuz i dont like him like that. my other best friend said i should tell him that im kinda in a relationship but i dont want to lie to him cuz he seems really nice. what should i do?

just tell him no... politely. ermm.gif lying is the wrong way to go... it'll probably hurt (him) worse.

just tell him that you don't like him the way he likes you. or just say no nicely of course. lying is just going to make things worst
