I guess it depends on their age? Men my age don't do that. Remember, boys mature slower than girls. I'm not trying to say guys are slow, but it is a proven fact.

^^ haha.

Well, yeah it might depend on your age. My boyfriend and my ex never did that, they would usually tell me when they missed me.

Boys aren't as good as expressing their feelings like girls are. Most girls are mushy gooshy.. and a lot of guys think they should play tough. saying "Imiss you, baby" might make them feel.. less "manly"

I tell my girlfriend that I miss her and love her all the time.
._.

How old are you anyway? I'm guessing your boyfriend is like, 12 or 13. I'm 14, and have no problem saying that stuff.

Well, I do act older than I am though. :\

That's because they pissed me off too.

I think it's natural for everyone to be pissed off.

...It's kinda weird. When It comes to certain things between my gf and I, I just can't find the right words to express my point. I tell her I miss her when I don't see her for a while...

...like right now...

Yes, this will make a guy feel confortable enough to respond most of the time. And girls are thought of as "cute" when they get all mushy. Guy's are thought of a total wusses who are easy (By women and men) BAD!

Because either:

1.They don't miss you

2.They know they shouldn't tell you.

1:Pretty straight foward and you're just forcing them to lie

2: Every guy with half a mind about women knows not to lose control of themselves (I.E stop pouring out compliments/emotions) and if you get a guy started, he won't stop and you'll eventually break up with them(Gaurenteed) if they become overly open.

And, not saying they miss you, makes you constantly think about them that sub counciously just makes you love them even more.

Maybe if his friends are around?
Or maybe he just wants to show you he's tough no matter what?

laugh.gif I dunno I matured pretty quick in life but ...

Boys = 1-12 -might be going thru puberty.
Teen =13-17 - body still changing.
Adult =18-wheneva- this is a rare case but some have emotional supressed memories having a hard time showing emotion either through a tramatic experience or if they don't like showing it or even distant maybe.

...I dont think I had a problem communicating in that manner or I dont remember but hey whos counting. tongue.gif

I don't have this problem. My boyfriend always tells me when he misses me or wants to see me because even though I'll see him in the halls for like 5 seconds everyday we really never hang out because we're both SO busy.
