ok... so im wondering if theres a marquee that instead of having the images scroll through they just pop up one after another like a slideshow.. and by pop up i dont mean like a pop up window... i mean like it goes from one pic to the next without any scrolling

I know that you can make your own slideshow of images..
i never heard/saw one like that .. |

you can try windows movie maker.. it won't save in .gif or .exe but another format.
As well as adobe imageready. |

^ if you download it from adobe.com too many times then it won't work.
Try cs or ps7 NOT from a adobe.com but from a place off a google. click heer |

er... photoshop is being messed up... its dling but then theres no icon and no trace of it on my comp...
i think ill stick with the code |

wtf... for some reason i just open a picture and it opened in photoshop even though i kno i dont have photoshop...

I think I know what you're talking about... it looks to me like a custom javascript code. An example would be near the top of this page: http://www.xanga.com/kimberly_tia. It was a custom layout made by souldreamers, if you want to PM them about it... that way you won't be jocking the code, especially if it is an original.
