I don't know what to do... Options

I'm going to start this by saying that I am not a "noob" or whatever...I just want to protect my identity...please mods, don't out me...

I just broke up with my boyfriend a few hours ago...it was a really messy break up. He practically went crazy, it scared the hell out of me...I don't want to get too personal...but he committed a crime against me... He keeps hinting suicide. He calls nonstop and told me to go to his place tomorrow to pick up my things...I don't want to go to his house again because I'm afraid that he might commit that crime again. He didn't finish it because during it, I struggled and told him to stop and to let me go. He only let me go because the doorbell rang and he thought it was his little brother and I told him I'd see him tomorrow.

I thank God because I believe that it was a Jehovah's Witness that rang the bell.

He keeps saying things like "I'm not sure if I'm going to be there" (when I (me) pick up my things) and he said that he'll never see me again...and the only reason he wants me to pick up my things tomorrow is so he can get on with it...

I'm getting really off topic and personal so I'll just ask a simple question...if my ex boyfriend commits suicide...will it be my fault? I told him that there is life after me and that he owes it to me to move on with his life...and find someone else.

It can't be your fault. He's the one that actually does it. You dont do it.

His emotional state of mind, yes it may be considered as your fault.

I had the same issue though. After I broke up with my boyfriend, the first and second time, he kept hinting at suicide. He said no one cared for him, etc etc etc.

There is and will be life after you..He just needs to get over the initial shock and slowly get back into life.

What made your boyfriend not go through with it? How did he act?

He just kept going on and on about it..and..

You see i'm a very down to earth person. I say what I think..and I definately said what I was thinking.

I told him that I was breaking up with him because there were "rumors" [which turned out to be true] that he was cheating. This sounds so middle school..yes..but it's true.Anyways. I told him....that I wanted to break up. Before I actually said that though he was on the phone with ME and the cheating girl. I knew he was caused he called me Lauren, the girl, and not Kristina, my name.

So..I said I want to break up. Apparently he couldn't make up his mind, so, I made up mine.

And he just went on for about it..but..no offense [to you..just in case of whatever]..but I knew he didn't have the "guts" for it...

After that night he just..kinda..ignored me..and I did the same...It was better that we did.

And here we are in High School and he's had this other girlfriend for about 6 months.

There is life after...

I kind of think that my ex won't have the guts to do it either...he used to "cut" himself. They were really shallow nicks, nothing really big. Maybe it's just a cry for attention thing.

I'm breaking up with him because he's just plain abusive...and he definately showed his true colors today.

Its not your fault. He's probably having emotional stress and he wants to get rid of it. Maybe he's suidicidal (sp?) I think he's bluffing.

I never experienced that kind of thin but it sounds really serious. What your ex needs is to discover the fact that you're not the only girl out there who will care for him

Nope, it won't be your fault. You might feel like it's your fault if you're emotional, but no it won't be.

And you need to tell him to calm down, and that nothing he do will change your mind. You have to cut it clean with him...don't ever leave anything dangling or give false hope, because usually that turns really nasty and messy.

^I have told him, my friend advised to to be blunt and I was blunt with him. I just don't know what's going to happen.

Ok...so tonight..it was homecoming. Gag me. Anyways..I saw my ex...he had knickmarks on his arm...they weren't like serious..but they were nicks..like not even bleeding.

Oh good gosh..But it wasn't my fault. I haven't talked to him in 2 years. + he kept staring at me.
