This should be in Webdesign Any way you can use animation shop or image ready.

Animation Shop comes with Paint Shop Pro. http://jasc.com
Adobe Image Ready comes with Photoshop. http://adobe.com |

Yea you don't even need imagready or photoshop , just basically use a camera or a webcam to make it , you can even add the text in windows movie maker. You can make the whole thing there as well.
