Wow. This belongs in web design and this is probably only possible with photoshop maybe jasc and animation shop don't know though. You can always find some on the net like mentioned above.

i hav a paint program.... but if i could do it in ms paint, then can someone telll me how??
edit/// o ok.... but can u make it for me? this is the image.... image and i want it to say "Graystarr" with each letter flashin in a pattern on the right bottom corner. |

You cant use MS Paint for animation...I dont think. But you can download a free-trial for Jasc Animation Shop or Adobe Photoshop: Imageready here
And once you download them, you can look in the tutorial section on how to make animation. |
