I don't lie. I run 6:45. 8 is okay Jose. It's good.
When I first come to USA I'm really slow because in HongKong, we have PE twice a week. We don't run in PE we do just throw balls. Yes throw balls. |

LOL. This is how PE works in HongKong.
Elementary School: Twice a week High or Junior High School: Once a week We just throw balls and throw beenbags.

I could run a mile in about 8 mins...yeah...slow
When I was in Singapore we didn't have PE at all. My teacher would cancel our PE classes and change them to math or something, to make us study

wow that's fast. i run it in 8 minutes- yep i'm slow and i'm on the track team. i guess i'm mostly sprint/mid distance. but some of the girls on the team can run it in 5 minutes.
i have gym every other day. |
