Javascript into HTML Options

I was wondering if there is anyway without a person doing to change javascript into HTML.

This is what i want to be turn into HTML but I don't know how. I wanna learn though, that's why I subscribed here!

It kinda works but it's highly messed up. Here is where I wanna put it. It's jsut on the first page.

HTML can't do things like scripting webpages--you have to use some sort of scripting language (such as JavaScript) to do that.

.... It works fine when you put it in a "HTML script" as you call it... But too many and some won't load just because the page takes too long. I suggest you pick the one you would like to use the most and just stick with that, dropping all the rest.

For some reason I don't see what it is suppose to show. It shows what it says on the title bar...
