did you know in hawaii (my state) you only have to be 14 to have sex with an adult. and like everywhere else its older...kinda bad i guess..you can date anyone though..of anyage...is anyone dating a older/minor person? ive always liked older guys laugh.gif

well i dislike that alot. i think that should be written over, but hey thats over there. and a other thing i dislike is when a 17 yr old dates a 20 or 21 yr old guy, or simlar to that. its so not right. [dont ask its a long story] but like funky buddha said i stick to my age range

i dont get why hawaii made it so low. i mean 14! kinda odd. what are they trying to say to people..that its okay to hit on teens..and its okay to lose your virginity so early..but idk im saving myself for marriage. but i was just concerned cause the guy i like is older than me and im 13-14

It doesn't matter to me. It's all in the person and their choice, I know couples with an age difference of 15 years. I just hope that the person making this choice to go out with someone older is able to take care of him/herself. Other then that, everythings cool.

idk its kinda hard for me to stay in my age group esp. since all the boys are so immature..but idk not ALL older guys are mature. but i know the one i like really well. anyway, ill post links for anyone who needs it. i know people with this problem, so im willing to research/give links to anyone who needs it!

yeah, im really picky with guys. i can tell whos like what, esecailly in my neighborhood. theres tons of stalkers and werid guys who hit on me. i know what they want and im not willing to give it to them. but im confident hes not like that.

well thats a good fact and i understand what you mean, but i dislike some females that are 15,161,17 females who date 20,21,22 yr old guys i hate it, but i wonder if R-kelly will be a regular guy out there? or is he still a bad guy for the video? ermm.gif

r-kelly..well i think at the time in whatever state he was, it was illegal..i heard about the case, never really researched it though. didnt he go out with the girl from TLC when she was underage too (idk)

sexual penetration and sexual contact a minor who is age 14, if the actor is 19 years of age or older and not married to the minor.

laugh.gif this guy i liked...well i left stuff on his car.. (drumsticks, letters, notes, etc.) then we talked..it was really cool. hes funny. cute. nice car, good job. seems perfect to me. gosh but when i found out how old he was, i was kinda like. blink.gif he doesnt look that old

That's so stupid considering (i dont think..) people wouldn't want 14-year-olds going around getting themselves banged up and having a child. It's just wrong. They can't even handle a child @ that age, anyway. It's really bad too...they should definetely change it...

(heheh, I live in hawaii too...so yeah.)

wow that is a pretty low age limit. i mean in my state it's like 16 or 17. yeah it's pretty weird if a minor goes out with a guy like in his 20s. iono

To me it doesn't really matter. There are guys who are above 21 that usually go for their age range, suddenly fall for a younger teen. I guess you can call it pedophilism but I think it's something else (don't ask, if you do, I'll go WAY off topic). But to tell the truth it doesn't really matter to me as long as that older bf/gf doesn't force the younger bf/gf to have sex when they don't want to!

Hey... isn't it considered rape (maybe it's just in New Jersey) if a minor and an adult are more than two years apart and they have sex? So if she's 17 and he's 19, it's okay or if he's 18 and she's 16 it's okay, but nothing else. I know that no matter what anyone says or if it was sex with consent, it would still be rape.

I like that idea, it keeps 12, 13, and 14 year olds from getting itno relationships with pedophilic college students.

In New York, if an adult has sex with someone who isn`t an adult, the younger one`s parents can sue the adult for rape. <- Is that making any sense? Anyway I`m not dating anyone at the moment but I did date someone older. Was that the question? lol
