I agree about the lingerie
and I dont like the lip color
but other than that it looks pretty good

Vexel = raster based programs such as Photoshop, Paint Shop Pro
Vector = vector based programs such as Illustrator

Why the difference? When you zoom in/zoom on (also known as scale) vexels, they lose a considerable amount of quality. Vector based programs allow you to scale without a change in quality.
