just a test :)
 transparent layer  about "too much blur" , if you will use a transparent background and you will save your image as *.png extension that blur wont be so visible,just saying .. have fun playing with his eyes :P the original is really cool PS:btw ive checked your portofolio,you have some nice pieces there,but watchout because if you dont protect your images from that portofolio you'll endup seeing your images all over the internet, copyrighted by others, try to put a big copyright sign on your images with a low opacity, but in the same time visible. (offtopic) |

Aww c'mon it doesn't suck - His facial features are proportioned pretty well, but see, the value in the face is too soft, making his complexion dull and uninteresting. If you play around with contrast - making the shadows darker and the highlights lighter, espcially on the nose and chin and the left side of his face (and, if you intend to keep him eyeless, dark shadows in and around the sockets would produce a nice effect) - it will define his features much more impressively. Also don't be afraid to play with the skin tone itself to give the impression of better lighting - right now he looks like he's under one of those gross fluorescent lights they have at offices and stuff.

and Claudel, I have no clue what you just said o_o and yeah, I've been needing to update it with watermarks on everything. I'm just...really lazy <_< >_> and Melicbot, actually, in the original picture, he was under one of those cheap fluorescent lights... I forgot to mention that. But thank you for the actual real criticism, you two I really appreciate it. And thanks to everyone else too x] |
