If it's too short, it can be slutty. But other than that, it's fine.
Personally, I prefer ankle-length skirts. |

It really depends how short the skirt is.. If it's one of those mini skirts that they have in Abercombie (I wish I can bomb that store...jk) then it is slutty but the skirt you described is and seems like a normal one.
I never wear skirts...last time I did was in Halloween when I posed as cheerleader shot dead by Greenday (that's something I made up). |

I personally think if you arent showing ass cheek that you arent slutty. Its when girls wear the short skirts and start bending over trying to get attention. But clothing is not what makes you slutty, its your behaviour. Slut means a girl that sleeps around. I fyou dont sleep around, then you arent slutty. But if you wear a mini skirt in hopes to get in bed with someone, well...yeah thats slutty.

skirts can be slutty if it was too short, and with say, stilletos, and a skin tight shirt. |

MINI skirts are slutty.in my opinion because well...look at all the young people now a days,they wear things and they look half naked practically.im sorry,but no offence to anyone on creatblog or anything,its just my opinion,i mean a mini shirt and an acceptable top like a sweat shirt or something thats not that tight and doesnt show to much isnt slutty,but like if you have a tank top that shows your stomach or something considers slutty to me :x.sorry to all of you but o well i dont really care,its just my opinion.skirts arent slutty at all,its just how you wear them and how short they are :/.not to short is nice,tooo short isnt :x

I've worn skirts before... Fully length? As in.. past the knee?
 It's not slutty, imo. The girls who play sports--they wear short skirts, does that make them slutty? You can wear whatever you want, as long as you feel comfortable wearing it. Full length skirts do look more classy, but sometimes it's really hot outside and short skirts are easier to wear. That, or short. :] It would be considered slutty (by me and a few others) if you were wearing a "thong" underwear and had it hanging out of your skirt and the skirt was so short that people could see the bottom of your butt hanging out. HEY, I've seen a girl do that once.  Ah well, they can wear what they want lol.Plus, the skirt is ONLY an inch above the knees, so it's fine. ^_^ |

I usually wear Hollister skirts... I don't know if they're too short or whatever, but I think they're cute.. SOme people at my skool think it's too short and slutty, but who kares.....
