well, i know how to get it all around. but i want to know how to get it only on TOP of the table. it was on my old layout, but it got deleted so i lost the code. its like a code where it shows up that the table has a huge chunk of color right on top of it.[ not above it] so im guessing its a border... HELP!

I don't think you can have a border just on the top. Because it's a border. Borders go all the way around.
