yay, my first finished colorization! many attempts at colorizing and finally i have a finished product. took me hours (on and off) and yes i know, some of the hair at the top and the right is a bit messy, but i'm quite proud of it, my best work so far. please tell me what you think, any suggestions for improvements?

Good job; the colours are very realistic and your edges look pretty good. Except for the right side with all the hair, but that's really hard anyway, so good effort there.

When you colourize, do you set all your layer options to "colour"? Or do you experiment with different options? Because the lips look a tad fake to me, that usually is a result of doing "colour" all the time.

Well done! _smile.gif
Everything looks so realistic, and I especially like the colours you used for her eyes and her lips.

I'd've colorized the background too, because the transition from dark grey to light brown is really sharp.

Other than that, very very nice job.

sum areas of the hair are kinda over colorized.. like you colorized the background along with the hair... BUT that is so difficult so ill let you off the hook biggrin.gif lol but overall relaly nice, the skin color is so realistic and the eyes are georgeous, really great colorization
