iframes, /embeding a web page. Options

so i found out about this thing called iframes a while ago, where you can basicly embed a web page into your page, make it however tall and wide you want, and then you can add a tag to your links so that when you press a link it opens up in the iframe. i tried it and no matter what i did, the code came out all f'ed up. so then i gave up, and while i was browsing, i found somebody who was using it! argghhhh will somebody help me with them? or i at least need to know how to embed a web page. those wont work for me either. is it my browser that wont let it work? because im running the newest IE so i doubt it

I read somewhere that Tom recently disabled iframes. I mean recently by saying.. hm, months? Anyways, people who have had the iframes on their myspace before are lucky because theirs work. If they take it off and try to use it again some other time, no it will not work. Plus anyone recently trying to use iframes, it will not work. So yeah.. that may be why. Hope that made sense.
