tommy hilfigers duaghter would have been a much better candidate for the position. member that show, rich girls ? she fits blairs character perfectly, except blairsa more of a bitch and [amy?] hilfiger is not.
blair is a little shorter than serena with small boobs, black hair and stuff.

lindsay lohan is playing blair.  i already hated lindsay before and i dont think i need her to ruin my favorite book.

she doesnt look anything like blair. blair has brown hair, is hella skinny, and has smaller boobs.

did they even read the character descriptions?

and because lindsays in it, that means she just HAS  to show off her voice and that means all the little six year olds have to go watch it with  their mothers.

As far as I know, the movie isn't happening just yet. Something about how they didn't have a screenplay or a script or something written. The author said that she wanted to have real prep school kids play the parts and not big-shot Hollywood actors.

And Adam Brody + Nate = bad HORRIBLE casting. You need a big hunky guy to play Nate. Benjamin MacKenzie would be a good pick if he was taller. Ooh, I know, the big muscle-y guy who's not on the OC anymore. That'd be good. If he could act.

no. that is so messed up. at least, redhead lindsay would fit the role. raven is black and there's no way she can play sam. a big part of the story is sam's identity and she doesn't like that her red hair calls attention to herself. in the second book, she even dyes it. i hate the spawn of new stars from disney. they don't care about the original story.

Exactly!! Actually, Benjamin wouldn't be THAT great for the role because he's not super duperly pretty in the face. The Archibald's are supposed handsome and beautiful in the face area. He fits the role as a rebellious teen but not really a sophisticated socialite.

I mean, they can always share a joint together, but yeah. Haha.

Personally, I think any book that gets turned into a movie ruins the book. They ALWAYS screw up the plot. But Lohan's acting's kinda.. monotone, I don't think she's a good actress for Blair's character.
