Hillary duff and Joel Madden! THAT WAS REALLY BAD ACTING LOL.
Fall out boy winning MTV2 really surprised me.. I think My Chemical Romance should've taken it too. Although im pretty mad at the fact that they were all underground and now they're attending all award shows and stuff >_<" And everybody worships Greenday wayy too much.. I admit American Idiot was pretty good, but that was more than they deserved I think. Jessica Simpson =/ looked really bad. And she didn't seem to notice where the microphone was.. |

I've never liked the VMA's. Not neccessarily all awards shows, but mostly just MTV's VMAs. To me, its just an anonymous medium of all the ignorance and celebrity-worship in the world. I have more important things to do. Like floss.

the awards show this year was weird ... there were a lot of pointless "surprises" the show ran soooo long and it seemed like there was more talk than there was actual awards LOL and

there needs to be a rock music channel, where they only play rock.
and yes, i suppose that rock would have to stretch and include ashlee simpson and some others that wouldn't usually qualify for rock. but COME ON. there's MTV and VH1, both play popular/ hip hop/some rock/ rap. then there are THREEE COUNTRY MUSIC CHANNELS. god i need to get out of the south. |
