if you're asking about how to put a border on a curvy image, like that one...
make sure all your layers are flattened, if not Layers - Merge - Merge All. then, copy that merged layer onto a new transparent pic. make sure the merged layer is the active one, go to Selections - Select All, and with your selection tool click. the shape should be selected. go to selections - modify - expand, somewhere between 5-9 and then make a new layer. put that layer below the merged layer, fill it with the color of your choice, and vhwallah. a border. |
