I think you're confused.
a) You're talking about an animation, not a "flash" as you call it. b) This belongs in webdesign. c) Animation Shop 3. There's a tutorial for Imageready in the tutorials section.... But it's basically the same in Animation Shop 3. -> Moved to Webdesign. |

 I gave you an answer. So go test it out and then come as questions about specific steps.[ http://www.download.com/ ] Search "animation shop" to find a free trial. Or "image ready/photoshop". Then adapt the tutorial for glitter names in the tutorials section. |
