CODE
<style type="text/css">a:hover, a:link, a:visited{border: 000000 1px solid;}</style>

change the 000000 to a different hex color code.

<a href="linkage.html"><img src="whatever.jpg" border="0"></a>

Border tag goes with the image, not the link. Hope that helps.

oops. I misread; I thought you said just a link. Here's the one for an image.

CODE
<style type="text/css">a:hover img, a:link img, a:visited img{border: 000000 1px solid;}</style>

^ to change the color (change 000000 to a different hex code color).

CODE
<style type="text/css">a:hover img, a:link img, a:visited img{border: ffffff 0px solid;}</style>

^ to remove.
