Hi, I've just created a blog and applied one of the skins I found from here. However, when I access the reviews or events sections, the alignment shifts to the left:

Is there a solution to this, or would this be all down to the skin not supporting those two sections, cos I'll be using both of those a lot.

Thanks in advance

EDIT:

Oh, can I just add, to save having to post a new thread, what's the code to shift my drop down navigation bar to the left, rather than be in the centre?

Here's the code I've got:

Most of the skins don't work in comments/reviews/events.

CODE
<div align="left">DROP-DOWN CODE HERE</div>

Thanks for the info. I think I'll stick to a standard layout right now then, until I have the time to look for a skin that fully supports reviews/events.

btw, would I be infringing on any rules here if I only used the banner picture for that skin which I had:

I have credited them at the bottom.

Most probably. Taking a layout and editing it isn't all that supported her, as it is a form of jocking. wink.gif
And did you look at the link I gave you? It fixes most things. Seems to.

Yeah, I'm going through it, but I'm just a bit slow with it cos I'm new to all this stuff. I've only ever written code in Visual Basic. biggrin.gif

EDIT:

Hm...it doesn't seem to work.

No worries, I'll just look for a banner elsewhere and not from an exisiting skin.

Its ok if I do that right? Take an image from the web and use it as a banner?

Not unless they give you permission. wink.gif Images from Google aren't that great because you can't credit the source + you don't know if the person really wants their pictures to be used.

Well, the one I've put on now is just the cropped out middle section of a wallpaper.

And there's plenty of wallpaper available on their official site. So I assume that they do expect them to be used, particularly considering the counts shown for the number of times each wallpaper has been donwloaded. happy.gif
