This have been happening to me for about 4 yrs now.. it's not all the time though.. it used to happen alot at my old house.. but now i moved it always comes and go. It's hard to describe it.. but the feeling of it was like someone is pushing against my chest making it hard for me to move, breathe or even open my eyes. U have to wiggle a toe or a finger to break loose. I used to hear voices while it happens.. (goose bumps). It haven't happen to me for about 6 months til 2 nights ago.. but this time was worse.. it was soOO strong! I told it to STOP. And it did.. iono.. i think i'm goin crazy.. hahaha but if u click on the link.. there's more info about it.. but yea.. i just wanna know if happens to anyone else..? _unsure.gif

It's called SLEEP PARALYSIS.

I have it too, I hate it. I found out when Kim made a topic about it. I get it everytime I sleep really late, I think. And it sucks, 'cause whenever it happens I usually think of something scary.. And when I wake myself up (by breathing loudly) my ears start drumming.

I get it a lot.

If you hear voices, just tell it to shut up. Once, I heard screaming, then I said SHUT UP STOP and I realized that it was me screaming. Yeah that was some pretty freaky shit.

I've had it.. dunno how many times.

I remember when I was having it.. and I could hear really loud noises banging together and I visualize something really weird. I was breathing hard and yeah ermm.gif

Then there was this time, when I was very young.. I had it too. I heard boulders crashing together as if they were in my ears literally. Then I snapped out of it crying pinch.gif

Ooh! I think my older cousin told me about that once, but why is it a syndrome?
I think it's a scary experience, that's all, but I've never had it before.
