i kno alot of people at my school that are racist. i think that racist people jsut dont understand another race. so they just say that they hate a person because they do not understand!!!

When I lived in Oregon I had alot of racist neighbors... They apparently didn't like me because i'm from Hawai'i and I'm brown people called me mexican...Which i'm not...

a lot of people at my school are racists against light skinned people- I dont say white because there is barely any caucasian people at my school.. unless you count the teachers. People usually give me an attitude for no reason and im not even white im just a light skinned hispanic =/ oh wells

I go to kind of a racist school. Or I guess it could also be called segregated. We have two caferterias, and in the west caferteria there is all the white and Asian people. While in the east caferteria is all the black and Hispanic people. It sucks but thats just the way life is.

Good question. But no everyone just does it. I dont know why. I knew about that before I even started going to that school. I go between both sometimes.

Hmmm...yes coming from a hick town I would say there are many many racists.
If I didn't live in Northern United States I might even say there are a few KKK members.

Yeah, it sucks but I guess you just have to deal with it.

My town is like 91% (or more) white people. It said in this Town Report thing. Some of the white people are so racist and this one kid would tell me all these stereotypes and blah blah and it was stupid cause i got them like everyday. And then some people will use the word "chink" like out of no where and make references to "chinks" and their "chink eyes" ugh. it pisses me off.

I hate it when my mom say that we moved here because there are more whites here! Then, I hate it when my dad says bad stuff about other people in the car. It makes me feel sad because I used to be friends with everyone like that and that they would never let me out of the house because there were more African American's around us. It's horrid....I remember my first friend was African American and she drew me a picture that said Best Friends Forever, but we had to move and I never got her address, phone number, or anything. It makes me sad that I think she's forgotten about me. I don't have the picture anymore, but I still remember it...

I agree with that, I'm not racists, but perhaps I'm prejudiced. And I hate those people that stare and whatnot on the street. Grr.
But, there's bound to be racists in the world, and there's really nothing you can do to change it.
