Ok its vibrance, version 5 retro sophistication. I love this layout well in my opinion. Its a few px off in firefox but i can't really fix it  , im still thinking of a way but its not too off.

.... I can't read it. not because it's small (that doesn't help tho) or anything, because there's no margins between the border and the text. And so I can't see the first letter of any line. =S
Other than that... It's a very nice layout - the best of yours so far. |

Oooh, colorful. And nice picture in the banner, too.
I have only two thoughts: the font is a bit small (not a big deal, though), and the content itself isn't very wide. I think you could stand to go a bit wider with the content. |
