Speed Limit? Options

Yea I speed, but only to the extent of my control.

I obey the speed limit because I lost a lot of friends to car accidents so I realize how important car safety is.

I will admit however, there have been a few occasions when I've done 100 in a 25...

And 90 on the highway when the speed limit is 65

No traffic, of course.
But most of the time, I go the speed limit. It gets me from point A to point B.

a typical day of driving for me is usually 30 or 40 over the posted limit. I hate to admit it, but thats what i usually do. If its a 55mph zone , i go 90 if there isnt much traffic. If lots of traffic, 75-80 is fine. Im sorry but i just can not stand people that drive slow , ESPECIALLY in the fast lane.

i like to drive the speed limit on 2 lane roads to piss people off... and then they try to pass (often illegally) and i speed up to keep pace with them... so unless they floor it they have to go back behind me, and then i drop back to the speed limit...

quite fun, and you're only gambling with the other guy's life. well, unless he has a shotgun and then well.

but i don't often do that. if there's a 2 lane road with a tailgater (back when i had a crappy car where the gas was worth more than the car), i'd go speed limit... then get to a curve and then slam the brakes. of course the brakes sucked so most every car could brake much faster than me... but they'd back off. a lot.

yup. there are fun things to do when encountering someone who simply must speed.

although i admit 25 is WAY too slow to be crawling at. i mean driving.

If the posted limit is 65 or above, watch out i may be doing 95+
Btw if you are going to drive fast like me, you should try ebay for a nice radar detector. I got my Valentine One on there for only $200 when they are around 400 new

I go with the traffic flow, I mean if the speed limit is 35 miles per hour and the traffic is going 45 im not going to be slower, I just stay around the same speed...

Speed limits are stupid. They're just a way for cops to get money from people who are late for a meeting.

I "try to follow the speed limit" But I mainly go the same speed as the cars arround me. If no ones arround shure go as fast as you want but one car on the road and it's just saffer to drive the speed limit!

i speed all the time almost no matter what, but never 20 over, always 19 mph over the speed limit, cuz 20 over is automatically considered wreckless in virginia

well since i obviously cant drive, ill just say that my dad NEVER goes the speed limit. no one in new jersey does. he goes about 85-90 on the parkway...and atleast 15mph over the speed limit wherever he is. you can't even tell because my dad has an acura and it has great suspension so it feels like you're going 40mph. my mom, on the other hand, doesn't go over more than 5-7mph the speed limit.

i wish speed limits went up just a little... i think 20 is TOO SLOW for school zones and neighborhoods.. atleast bump it up to 35..

i dont drive yet but the slowness is killing me.
