You are a bit ignorant about Utada Hikaru. Know your facts before you state something  Utada grew up in the US. Not only that but she got into Columbia State University. I`m pretty sure that she should know fluent english to be able to have AP classes and enter such a good university.All I know are: -Brian -Utada Hikaru -Cat Tien -Nguyen Khang -Vy Nguyen -EDISON CHEN !! i just saw him on tv today talkin fluent english. it was heaven

Isn't the thread about who can speak english? not sing it? It doesn't take much to sing it. I can sing in latin, spanish, german and italian....I can't speak it worth shit.
