image doesn't show up in mozilla |

im using a layout with an image on top and a side bar... it works well in IE (assuming that the layout code i got really is compatible with IE) but when i use mozilla, the header image and side bar doesnt show up. i also used the code !important after the code of the image... it didnt work. help!
