staying home? bored out of your mind? well give yourself a at-home mini facial in 4 simple steps. just read below _smile.gif.

1] CLEANSE spread cleanser evenly over your skin & massage it around lightly, making sure you bring it back to your ears & right up to your hairline. cleanse for two to three minutes then wash it off & pat dry with a soft towel.

2] EXFOLIATE with your fingertips, gently rub an exfoliator over your face, then remove it with water - not a face cloth. face cloth can harbour bacteria & may also be too harsh. follow the products instructions. & never exceed the label's recommended time limit or quantity - it's usually measured out for precise results.

3] MASK choose one that comes in a tube, not a pot. tubes protect ingredients & discourage baterical invasion since you're not sticking your fingers in to the product. again, follow the instructions. if you forget & leave a mask on for longer. dont panic. they're less intense than those used in professional treatments.

4] MOISTURIZER, SUNSCREEN, EYE CREAM after deep cleaning, your skin need to be hydrated - especially the delicate area around your eyes. & it always imporant to protect your skin from the sun, which can cause photoaging & skin cancer.

Blah-takes too much time. Plus, I don't have half of the things your talking about. Still, good advice. I'm just lazy.

Eh there's not too many products in there, face cream, sunscreen, eye cream, exfoliant, mask. Whatever, I don't do that kinda stuff most of the time, but I know some people who do, and their skin actually GLOWS it's crazy.

btw typo: remove the AB?
