I like it. The banner is cool
Bad things (dun dun dun!) You should slice your image. You should make the lower area a Div that expands to fit content (or at least get rid of the horizontal scroll) All in all Very cool. I like your domain name.

it's not exactly to my liking...the banner is very busy-looking and the actually text area/columns seem a bit too short. But overall, it's not bad! good job!
