I think this belongs in health, but anyway, I'm going to tell you anyway if your going to take these at least weight till your body is finished growing. Even then, I still don't advise you taking these things. There's a reason you have legs, its for you to use them. There's a reason you have abs, to use them so don't take the easy way out and take pills to do it. My uncle took this stuff and he was like 22, but after 3 months he died because he took so many of these...so I'm not going to actually give you any =). Ignore me completely if you want

Well first of all Diet supplements are pretty different from diet pills. Also, when you're talking about medical stuff, it's pretty risky to buy online, just because you don't always know what you're getting. I'm sure there are people who are honest, and people who get what they ordered online, but there's reasons why things are cheaper online. They have to cut costs somewhere. Honestly, the only way to get a really good body, and live long enough to show it off, is a balanced diet and exercise.

I looked over that "beach body" plan, it actually looks pretty decent, that's basically how actors, etc do it. Bulk up, and then sculpt it down. How long have you been on that?

3 and a half weeks isn't very long I'd give it a little more time, but if you're looking to bulk up fast, I guess you're gonna need some "outside" help. I'll ask my boyfriend about it, he plays football and he's tried some stuff.

According to my sister who takes health class. She say, that diet pill cannot help you lose weight. It would just give you vitamins and minerals. All these advetisement were bullshit. They are meant to make money and rip people off.

.. i dunno. I'm just sharing what i know.

Obtain about 3 serving of diary product per day. It helps you lose weight even though diary products has alot of fat. Well, you can drink skim milk, eat yoplait, and low-fat stuff.

actually dairy just helps fight off belly bulge. u are tlaking to the obsessvie dieter/exerciser here. I have tried everything...body wraps, negative calorie foods, exercising so much that I couldnt stand without collapsing, and starving myself. Those suplements dont help. THey just make u feel yucky. theyre all the same. You get the same effects from energy drinks. They pump your body full of caffiene so it acts as a diuertic and makes u lose your appetite. And it gives you mega joltz of energy so you workout longer. but its really not good for your system. For exmple, and it says this on the bottle, Hydroxy cuts serving is 2 pills, and it has the caffiene of 3 cups of coffee. Thats rediculous. So just eat healthy and let yourself get older first. People naturally lose weight and gain muscule as they grow. easy as that. Lift weights regularly. Eat fruits and veggies instead of cookies and ice creams. It sucks, but you will be grateful for it later, so you dont go thru what I put myself thru. wink.gif

TAURINE!!!

It's in allmost any "power drink" like Red Bull

It raises your metabolism the same way coffee makes you alert for a couple hours so the sugar and anything you eat in that period of time basically doesn't add to your body, this is though, if you drink one or two bottles

If you drink one or two without eating, QUICK RESULTS!!!

I have no idea if it's unhealthy to drink alot though :| sorry laugh.gif

Starving .. woah. Everyone need foood to balance their nutrition.

I dont think teen needs to startve themself because they are still growing. Milk provide calcium for them to grow.

ROSEMONT, Ill., Aug. 29 /PRNewswire/ -- You don't need to cut dairy from your diet to achieve weight loss success, suggests a new study published in the August issue of Obesity Research.
Researchers at the Mayo Clinic found that obese adults can include up to 4 servings of dairy foods per day in a reduced-calorie diet, combined with moderate exercise, and still lose a significant amount of weight and body fat.

Dairy peptides are effective in the reduction of systolic blood pressure (SBP) after three and six weeks of consumption, according to a new study published this month in the British Journal of Nutrition.1 The authors of the paper conclude that a functional food, enriched with the dairy peptides tested in the study, could assist in the prevention of hypertension in people with blood pressure that is above normal

You're also losing blood pressure too! I think it's pretty helpful. I'm not sure if most blood pressure occur in obese people. If it does, it'll help them when they are trying to lose weight by workout.

You can compare juice, soft drink vs. diary.

The only one i would reccomend is release from GNC. All it does is boost your metabolism (it really does, I have used it before). It's made with all natural ingredients and it helped me loose about 15 pounds. I highly reccomend it.
