when your making a layout in photoshop, how do you add scrollbars to it?

uum you cant make scroll bars up photoshop.....theres a code for it...like to make your friends and comments scroll, or something like pictures or writting....and theres the last code to make your whole profile a scroll

^ Yea, there is only a code for it. No scrollbars in photoshop. What exactly are you trying to do?

noo i thought you could add scrollbars to it, cause this girls layout had scrollbars in it, buut it was actually a div layer scrollbar .. oops lol

^ yea there just div or iframe scrollbars . probly not custom ones.
