There are many icon sites on xanga
Here are some of my favourites;

Or, you could always make your own. Open any image editing program, (Photoshop, PSP or heck, even MS Paint) set it to 100x100 and create away!

Or you can simply search 'icons' for xanga users.
There are a lot of xanga sites which collect icons.

i found a website before which can do it, but i lost it....
