II'm not posting the first chapter for graphicness and because....well, just because so let's see, ok, this is an Inuyasha fanfic, Kagome and Sesshoumaru as the main couple. So basically to explain the first chapter, Inu hurt her, Sess has intercourse with her yada yada ya, but it turns out to be..,something real but unreal. Meaning it happened but not in the setting of chapter two like a meory, in other words a dream.

Chapter two: Just a Dream

She shot up as the dream ended, her body drenched in sweat. Never had it gotten that far. And the fear she felt as her pleasure was brought in……

Four months, four long months since she had last seen him, since she had left. That conniving bastard, he had used her in her most vulnerable state. She had wanted to die and he had wanted a release, how ironic it had been he had been the one to direct her in the direction of Inuyasha and Kikyou, she had thought he had more morals than this.

It hadn’t taken long for her to figure what the morning sickness was a sign of. To put it blandly, she was pregnant, a pregnant nineteen year old, better than Eri, who’d became impregnated at fifteen.

Kagome’s mother had been fine with it, she only hoped it would have the fuzzy ears, but the deal she had had with her mother was that she would have the child in the feudal era. In which she had realized something else.

Kagome Mina Higurashi was demon.

“Mom…can you hand me that towel please?” Kagome asked weakly, her body shaking slightly as she bent her head back near the toilet bowel, preparing for another wave. Her mother nodded and let go of her hair and reached for the towel to her left, and handed it to her daughter.

“Why is this worse? The doctor says I should be worried by how much I throw up.” Kagome groaned as she let her head hit the toilet.

“Kagome, there’s something your grandfather and I need to tell you.” Her mother said quietly. With a soft sigh her mother led her to the living room, her bangs covering her eyes.

“Mom, is there something wrong?” Kagome asked, worried something had happened.

“Kagome, I know that you’ve met demons and fought them, but I have to tell you this, Kagome, the reason that, well that you’re throwing up isn’t common is because you’re a demon, wolf demon.” All said in one breath her mother let her tears fall freely.

“H-how?”

“Your father was a demon, so was I, but I wished to stay in the time I had been brought to, this time. Kagome the well has always been open, it’s how your father disappeared, and he needed to stay with his kingdom.”

“Dad was a lord?” Kagome asked, her mind taking its sweet time processing the information her mother had supplied her with.

“Is…he never died…” Her mother corrected softly.

“So, my father is in the feudal era?”

“Yes, you’re not mad, we, your father and I thought it was best you didn’t know until you were of age, but, it’s best if you return to the palace for the child, it’s the next heir, after you.”

“How can I be the heir of a…a kingdom? I’m not old enough, am I? I mean, I already hold the next heir…oh wow, this is too much.” Kagome said, leaning against the back of the couch, a hand resting on the bulge of her stomach, which happened to be the size of a cantaloupe.

“I know sweetie, I didn’t want to break it off until you were eighteen, but you got pregnant at seventeen…”

“Mom, I’m sorry, I didn’t want to do this, but, how can I see my real form?”

“Remember that pendant your father gave you before he left? The ruby gem, it’s the power source that’s kept you hidden. It’s why you’ve never gotten seriously hurt back there…”

“How does it work?” Kagome asked fingering the necklace. Never had anyone seen it, not even her closet friends.

“Concentrate your miko powers, the spell will be purified.” Her daughter nodded and her hands enclosed around the jewel and a small glow came from her hands, suddenly the jewel made a small cracking noise. Kagome felt the blood on her hands heal as the jewel fell to the ground in hundreds of pieces.

“Oh!” Kagome knelt down at where her necklace laid, her eyes filling with tears. “Dad gave me that…” she whispered.

“Kagome…you need to understand, you need to leave this time before you’re stuck, it’s too late for your grandfather and me.” Her mother said urgently tugging her arm until she stood.

“But Mama-“

“No butts! Go! Now! It’s nearing the time of your birth, if it turns to this time, you’ll be stuck here forever! Your destiny is far greater than the Shikon-No-Tama!” Her mother shoved her down the well with surprising strength.

Her last image was that of her mother, before the wells light engulfed her and the bulge in her stomach. It only was then that she realized that not a hanyou grew there but a full demon.

II-II

Pacing, he was pacing. He hated pacing. Why was he pacing? Why? Because of her! Because of that despicable human woman! If she thought he knew not of the child she held within her womb she was wrong, horribly wrong. Not only a child, but a hanyou child, HIS hanyou child.

Why? Why me? Damn her! His fist slammed into his desk, every document on the table fell weightlessly to the ground, uncaring of his problem. No one cared, no one but his entire kingdom, they expected an heir, a full youkai heir! His problem grew as he realized that he would be forced to mate her through the great and oh sop f**king wise council who held more power than he ever hoped to.

Mate her seemed far out of the question, he would lose power if he mated her. For kami’s sake she was human! Who held his child, he couldn’t just leave her to defend the child. Sesshoumaru knew he had made mistakes before but none compared to this. None whatsoever.

How cruel.

Pacing, he had to stop pacing, already he could fell a headache coming along. He was strong, no need for a headache. Ignoring the questioning stare he received from his servants, he strode out of his palace and flew towards where he knew she would be.

For humans the rate it would have taken him to reach Inuyasha’s forest would have taken days for him a mere hour, nothing for him. Years were minutes to him and minutes passed as if seconds, oh the perks of being immortal were blessed.

Lowering to the ground he entered the camp site, startled to see them all ready. “Where is she you bastard?” His hanyou brother’s face appeared angrier, more solid and full of contempt. Naturally the great lord appeared cool and calm, his exterior the same as the inside.

“I came for her hanyou, I come for the one named Kagome.” Whispers followed his statement. The one he knew as a demon slayer dropped her boomerang and slumped against the monk. The monk rubbed circled onto the woman’s back all the while glaring everything he had at the lord.

“You don’t have her.” Glancing down, he was surprised at the power and anger rolling from the tiny kitsune. The power almost enough to rival his own, not that the kit would know how to use the power.

“This mark,” The kit held up his left arm, showing him a leaf, white as snow, a miko’s mark, “This mark protects me with her life force, her own life force, now, I wish, no, I demand to know what you have down with my mother, lying will do no good, you will only learn to regret that. And if you think my powers aren’t those that I understand than you my fellow youkai are a fool.”

A dry chuckle escaped the youkai and the kit’s anger flared. “I no not where the bitch is only that she holds my child.”

Winds collide and he knew that the feeling that awoke in him was only regret and regret for doubting the child’s power. Shippo’s body heaved with anger and he sent another wave of power, not enough to kill the lord, but enough to keep him back.

“She only holds you child because you cannot hold your desire, you took her at her most fragile time, pretending to her that somebody actually cared for her! I hate you and you’ll die for deceiving her!”

“Don’t.” All stopped and his eyes widened, turning, his face showed his confusion. “Mama?”

No one knew who the majestic woman before them was, no one but her and the kit. Sesshoumaru’s face showed nothing but his inner self argued most efficiently for the woman. Skin pale as snow, her eyes pure as the clear as the clearest sky. Her body held a slender frame, except for the just noticeable bulge in her abdomen. Pregnant.

“Oh my….it’s Kagome!” Sesshoumaru’s attention turned to the demon slayer who seemed to think that the stunning demoness before them was the Kagome. Miko demons hadn’t existed for hundreds of years and Kagome certainty wasn’t anything near demon.

Ok that was the second chapter.

Chapter Three: Lord Khoh

Pain ensured as she caught a glimpse of the man she once thought honorable. Her eyes hardened and she replied to her friend’s calls, “I know no one by the name of which you speak.”

Shippou, her poor young kit slumped his shoulders, but she saw understanding in those green eyes. As she did with all her companions. Gazing up at the lord, she nodded stiffly.

“Hello Lord Sesshoumaru.”

“Lady Kiyame.” His head bowed in respect.

“Actually, my name is Naomi, princess and daughter of Lady Kiyame.” Kagome replied her eyes never leaving hers.

“You hold the next heir.” Sesshoumaru said. Accusing. Of what? She wondered breezily.

“True, I didn’t realize the bulge was that obvious.” Sesshoumaru blinked, his only reaction. Why was this demoness acting as if he were her enemy both were of the same race, age, and even tribe. She too was an inu youkai, one of his pack.

“I didn’t realize our kingdoms were at battle.”

“No just you and I.”

II-II

Tears sprang fourth, landing onto the snow filled ground. The air full of smoke and screams. Humans and demons alike scrambled to free themselves.

Children, females, males, none were spared in this massacre. Blood shone in the moonlight. Hours before the streets had filled with unsuspecting, uncaring, innocent creatures. None knew the terror they would face.

All was just a bloody massacre by the one called Naraku, and his newest weapon.

II-II

Thankfully, he had left hours ago. Kagome had let her friends know everything, her royalty, her true appearance and her mother’s last words.

Inuyasha hadn’t taken it as well as she’d hoped.

“No, it’s your job to collect the jewel shards!” His shouting hurt her ears and she swiftly shut him up.

“SIT BOY! I never said I was abandoning my first mission.” The man would forever fear dirt. Spitting it up, he glared. “You can’t leave anytime! Not until-“

“You are so HOPELESS! I have a father now! I’ve never met him, if your father came back, wouldn’t you visit him regardless of anything?” Kagome shouted, breathing heavily.

“I-I..”

“I what Inuyasha? I don’t know? Well I do, Inuyasha you’re my best friend, you always will be, but you have to understand that this is something I have to do, and I welcome you to come with me.”

“I wanna go!” Shippou had attached himself to her ever since Sesshoumaru had left, making sure she never left his eyesight. The poor thing had slept up until now having spent much of his energy summoning the power he held. Kagome had to admit her pride, her joy was in the palm of a kitsune, her only son. But not her only child.

Rubbing the bulge of her stomach made her feel happy, but, she knew he would remind her of the man that had hurt her. She had forgiven Inuyasha but did she have enough power within her to forgive Sesshoumaru?

II-II

A visit to the lord of the south was in order, at least for the lord of the west it was. Pacing, he hated pacing, no one had ever had been as much an enigma as the demoness, not even the bitch Kagome.

His eyes flashed as he realized he still had work to do left on his desk back at the castle. Making a mental note to send all the lords memos on the ball coming, he continued his to the north.

This Naomi demoness had amazingly strong power, her aura told him this much. Sesshoumaru’s own ki would have been at battle had it not realized she too was an inu youkai.

Looking down, he saw nothing but trees, but the strong scent of blood had entered his senses awhile ago. Searching along the trees, he saw smoke. How did I not see that before?

Landing in the clearing, he shook his head and covered his nose with the sleeve of his haori, the smoke stronger to him than humans. Walking along the village he concluded everyone dead and the work was that of the hanyou he’d been after.

“Naraku!” Sesshoumaru murmured in disgust. His nose twitched as he realized the smoke had disappeared. Lowering his arm, he took caution to take small intakes, should poison be in the air.

There is no use for me to stay, all are dead, he thought, creating his cloud to fly to his first destination. Never did he give another thought to what he had seen, and soon he arrived at Lord Khoh’s castle.

Guards bowed as he entered the gates gracefully. He never spared them a glance. Heading to the door, he knocked before entering. A servant who introduced herself as Isa, asked if there was anything she could do.

“Yes, show me to your lord, I have business to discuss.” Sesshoumaru said, raising his head to peer around. The hall was full of servants bustling around and he felt tempted to ask what the commotion was. The ball for fall as far as he knew had been decided to be held at his home, so perhaps this kingdom had a holiday he didn’t know of?

“I’m sorry my lord is busy, he told me not to allow any disturbances.” Isa said. Looking sorry for him, as if it was truly a loss.

“Tell him it is about his daughter Naomi.” For a moment confusion crossed the servants face, but realization crossed her face.

“Naomi has always been cunning, right this way Lord Sesshoumaru.” A grin crossed her features and Sesshoumaru had the sinking feeling that he did not know of anything.

Several bends and twists later, he was being pushed (not without a few snarls of course) into a room. The lord who he had only met once sat on his throne, listening to the servant who had pushed Sesshoumaru into the room intently.

Once the servant disappeared the room quieted, the whispers of the servant having been the only noise in the room. Clearing his throat Sesshoumaru bowed and stood, hoping the lord would speak. His ki was unnerving.

“Hello Lord Sesshoumaru.” Sesshoumaru only nodded his acknowledgment. “I hear you’ve seen my daughter Naomi, is this true?”

Sesshoumaru felt positive there was laughter in Khoh’s voice. He hated being laughed at, especially when he didn’t know why. “Yes, she kept a tiny kitsune, I think she’s adopted him, from ahem attacking me.”

“Are you aware that I have no daughter named Naomi?”

“Yes, or else I would not have come to you for information.” Sesshoumaru replied dryly. “At first I suspected her to be Lady Kiyame, so I greeted her as thus, but she corrected me and introduced herself as Lady Kiyame’s daughter. This confused me, so I came to you.”

“The great Sesshoumaru, Lord Toga’s son, confused, never in all my years,” Khoh managed to bite out between laughs. Sesshoumaru frowned but said nothing.

“If I may my lord?” Sesshoumaru startled, growled when Jaken appeared from no where. “You were to stay at the castle as I ordered.”

“Milord, you never ordered me anything.”

“Nor did I invite you along on this trip.” With that Sesshoumaru kicked the poor servant. Khoh’s laughter stopped immediately. His mate from the future had sent him an urgent message, through the amulet he’d given her for special occasions.

“I can see why my daughter refuses to share her news with you, you ungrateful mutt.” Khoh’s eyes had narrowed and Sesshoumaru for once in his life allowed one emotion onto his face. Confusion.

“Lord Khoh, explain what you mean, I have never met your daughter, nor had any such conversation including news with her.” Sesshoumaru knew demands were nothing to this Lord but he had to try.

“On contraire you must have met my daughter, but of course, you wouldn’t know who se was. You’re uncaring, how you ever managed have her conceive a child for you is beyond me and furthermore, the child will be the heir to before you have a chance to meet the child.”

“I have never met your daughter but once, and how I managed to get her pregnant is beyond me when she seemed to hate me!” Sesshoumaru said.

“You twit, Kagome is my daughter! The one you took when she was hurt by your half brother! She holds your child, but you will never have that child.”

Suddenly Sesshoumaru realized why the kit had called the demoness Kagome, why the demon slayer had called to her with love, and why she had stopped the kit from killing him. He stayed where he was, letting Khoh stare at him.

“Leave now and don’t go near my daughter again, she will be attending your ball as princess of my kingdom, the child will be that of someone else.”

“They will know you are lying. She reeks of me!” Lord Khoh sighed then replied, “Then I will say it was a mistake, but the child is to be the next heir after Kagome.”

“You cannot do this to me, to her, you don’t think it would hurt her? She stopped the kit from killing me because she wants the child to have a father!”

“The only reason you are arguing with this is because you know it isn’t going to be hanyou and that it would add power to your kingdom.” Poison dripped from his words and he waved for his guards to take him away, still in shock Sesshoumaru allowed them to carry him out, glaring at Jaken as he flew out after him.

II-II

“Kagome, how much further?” Shippou whined from his perch on the miko’s shoulder. Inuyasha let out a growl and Kagome told him, “Soon my son soon.”

Several complaints later and Kagome saw the castle appear, almost as if out of nowhere. Instinct had lead them most of the way, that and a few directions from travelers the small tachi had passed.

“Are we-“

“Yep, look Shippou, it’d your new home, our new home.” Kagome said happily, running at inhuman speed towards the gates. The guards only smiled and waved so she told them mentally of her friends coming, they saluted as if she had ordered them and she continued inside with Shippou on her shoulder, hanging on for dear life.

“Lady Kagome! Hold on for a moment!” Stopping, Kagome made a mental note to learn how to stop, for her feet burned. She had skidded across the carpet, meaning one thing, rug burn.

“Oh, um, hello, you wanted me?” Kagome smiled as the servant told her of her father, before dragging her to, although unknown to her, the last place Sesshoumaru had been. As they neared the room, Kagome felt nervous, and she sense Shippou knew this for he patted her cheek and said, “Don’t worry Mama, even if he’s a mean old man I’ll still love you with all my heart!” Kagome smiled lovingly to her son before allowing Isa to open the doors.

There, in a throne stood her father. Almost the spitting image of her.

Ok there may be some mistakes and yes that's all I have for now. Sorry. I would like people to tell me what they think, it's not brilliant but I'm sure it's ok ^^.
