I wish you would just spit it out, and tell me why you guys think I don't need to be one. Gosh, I wish I could have another chance, I'm just wondering why I'm not getting picked. I know it's not all about qualification. I'm nice to all members unless they're mean to me first, I like helping people, I'm active, and everything. I don't see what's wrong.

You stopped spamming and jocking once modding was opened up. You sucked up to all the mods and bragged about how much you help and how much work you do. Your skins are a background and text/color modification, and that's about it, so your Myspace skills aren't very proficient. To us, it really looks like you just want modship for the title. Even if that's not the case, that's what you made it look like, and that's not our fault. That's why, at least I, do not support your modship.

As a past mod, I can honestly tell you, in the past you were annoying. But anyone can grow out of it. I grew out of this. Advice: make goodass layouts, don't complain, don't AIM any mods about anything about cB, give out useful advice on the myspace forum, and do it w/ persistence (patience, do it for 6 months). And then, after everyone is happy w/ your performance, you'll go up the ladder. Trust me, mods notice a lot. Good and Bad. Patience is a very good virtue. =]

ugh. don't remind me of that. (that meaning the time frame). i had to be REALLY active & active for about 10 months before i became a mod. it's hard work.

and what does seon ho have to do with this? perhaps something backstage that i couldn't seen when this thread was created?

i didn't actually mean a time frame...but i applied once and got rejected. and they didn't hire again until like 10 months. or at least i think it was 10 months. at least 5.

I never said you should consider my ratings.

Remember, I don't go to every forum on CB so some of these ratings might not be fully accurate.

why does everyone treat modship like an exclusive club? it's like, i want to be a mod and be part of the mod team and post in the private forum!

i'm tempted to try to start an "anti-mod" team, with our own private forum which we will constantly refer to like "oh we posted that in the private forum, you should have know about it". or a "you don't really understand because you're not part of the club." except i've done enough mocking style satirical things to know they don't work, even if they are fun.

people complain about teams and such on cB. but the ultimate team is the moderating team, with it's own private forum.

ahh go yell at me about how i don't know what it's like to be a mod and how hard it is or something and how i don't know what goes on backstage so i can't really give an opinon. s`alright. i get it. i'm not ' in the club' so i don't understand.

Sometimes it seems that way to me. But I don't think they mean it like that.

The only reason backstage is private is so at a time like modding, the members don't see what's said about them since it might hurt their feelings. We have a topic for oversized signatures. Stuff like pre-CB2 planning would go there....stuff members can't see. It's not that it's a private club..it's for the good of CB.

What good what a topic about oversized signatures do you? You can't edit signatures.

It's always been this way. There's always been a backstage and members can never see it. It's not like we gossip back there like it's a girls' bathroom..it's not a club. We discuss things about CB.

Absentees, oversized signatures, verbally warned members.....
