...no...pin is pronounced like 'in' with a 'p' in the front.  Pen is pronounced like 'Ben' with a 'p' instead of a 'b'.

But yeah, my friend makes fun of me for the same reason, except I say 'when' like 'win' and 'again' like 'agin'.  I also can't say 'regular' correctly, it always comes out like 'reg-uh-leur'.

My says "min" instead of "men" and it makes me mad, hahaha.
