this will make you happy
in ten years.
write a letter to yourself telling yourself your hobbies, friends, how you look, what you hate and like, etc. ask yourself questions. anything.
give the letter to someone you trust and know very well. tell them, in ten years, to mail the letter to yourself.
you'll be glad you do it, and in those ten years, probably forget you ever even wrote the letter. youll be surprised when you get it :)

That's a good idea! Except everyone I know would probably forget about it and it would end up in the trash before the day ends. Ok.. maybe not the day, probably by a week.

I wouldn't give it to a friend, I'd hide it somewhere, and say open in 10 years.

That's a good idea, but I agree, I wouldn't give it to anyone else. I'd just keep it somewhere, hide it and try to remember. Hah, we did something similar in 5th grade, where my teacher told us to write a letter to ourselves on the first day, and on the last day of school, he would give it to us to read. It was interesting because a lot of us forgot about it.

My freshman English teacher is doing something similar with us...On one of the last days of school we wrote a letter to ourselves, gave it to him, and he's mailing it to us when we graduate. I thought it was a pretty cool idea.

I'm kinda doing the same thing, but with xanga lol. I made a new xanga right before highschool started, so at the end of senior year when I graduate I'm gonna look back on everything that I felt/thought during the school years.

Also, it's pretty crazy when u see all of u're work that's been done in school. The other day I found some of my notebooks from 4th grade (about 6 years ago), and I was like wow lol.

That's a great idea. I love looking back on things and all. (: I'm going to try it.
