I'm not the one being a smart ass here. I made a statement regarding the fact that computers, in some manner or another, come with system software; I get tired of someone having to always come in and fixate on a tiny detail of a statement in order to make himself look more intelligent than everyone else.

ya or getting some professional help from where you got ur PC maybe you should restart your computer and then install XP again.

just Reformat ur harddrive and install windows...


how to do it?

stick windows xp cd in and let it load and then install windows and click on quick format somewhere on there and continue installation and then type in key and when u call it for activaiton, just say u reformatted and they will give you the key.. piece of cake... (this whole process can take from 1 to 5 hours)
