I gave people lower ratings if they weren't on a lot..or didn't do a good job moderating all of the forums they have. Like if they only do a good job of moderating the lounge..when they are responsible for other forums.

James mostly moderates the interests subforums where other staff members aren't active; he's a dedicated moderator, one of cB's first.. Fae is one of the most mature moderators, and I don't see why you gave her a lower rating; her moderator actions aren't concentrated in any one forum - she's active in all of the community forums.

just because i state my opinions that happen to dichotomize yours doesn't make me a bad mod. i honesty couldn't be any more active or helpful than i am. months of good (or at least decent) moderating shouldn't be forgotten over trivial disputes

I tried not to let my personal friendships and resentments cloud my judgement on modding abilities. And, by the way, I don't give out tens - because there is always room for improvement. There was a lot of thought put in this, too. So yeah. Savor the effort, bitches; it's the last you'll ever get of it.

Christina (Just_Dream): N/A - She's been on vacation for most, if not all, of her admining time; I really miss her though - she should come back.

Roxanne (xquizit): ~8/10 - She's been really active in the community center as of late; I kind of feel she should at least check out the design forums.. I mean, I've always thought of her as more design-oriented than Christina - and when both were head staff, I would think Christina was the more community-forums-oriented staffer. But other than that, no real complaints.

Mona (gotnoheart): ~8.5/10 - Even though she's on vacation at the moment, she's definitely more into the design portion of createBlog, and although she's a relatively newer moderator, she full well deserves to be headstaff. Sometimes, though, when she's in the community forums, she seems a little uptight. Just a little.

Eve (X_angawhomps): ~8.5/10 - I know her, and she's really dedicated. I still see her around sometimes, but not as much as I used to.. but I don't think there's a time when I'm on the phone with her when she hasn't been on cB. Hah. Perhaps a little time in the design forums would do some good (excluding digital art, since that seems to be the one she's into.)

Grace (allthatglitterss): ~8/10 - (This probably isn't that accurate of a rating since I don't go into xanga forums and webmasters' corner much.) Sorry. But I see her around, closing stuff and helping people. And she is at least most active in xanga help, one of her modded forums. So that's cool.

Ashley (aZn_KyOoTi3_x3): ~3/10 - I know Ashley was modded last summer, when she was on cB all the time, but more than just recently, I've been questioning how she's on staff still. I mean, I see her perform mod actions once a blue moon, and she may still contribute backstage for all I know, but I sort of doubt it. I mean, come on - her post per day count has dropped to six; she's almost not even an official member anymore. Even I have her outdone in that aspect.

Tracy (D1SMANTLED): ~5.5/10 - From what I see, she doesn't help much in myspace; she just closes topics. And before she was shifted to myspace staff, she didn't even go there. At all.

Dani (dani41790): ~3/10 - She has yet to prove my first impression wrong. I doubt that she can. Even if her computer is down, she's been online (check her posts, if you don't believe me). Even when she was first modded and active, she wasn't big on moderating responsibilities, unless she contributed backstage (which I doubt too.) And, um, is this not spam: "Lol ewwww thats gross incest."? And double posted, too.

K1m (Days Nearly Over): ~6.5/10 - She's really active; in fact she is one of cB's top posters.. but she's not much of a moderator, in my eyes. I've never really see her perform mod actions (close/merge), maybe once in a while, but she might be backstage. Or she might not post when she performs actions, which was the case when I asked her to pin the createBlog buttons thread.

Frankie (Frankie) ~9/10 - One of the most active people staff members, and he's pretty friendly. I see him around a lot, responds to PMs about topics pretty quickly, and he's overall really involved.

Gigi (gigiopolis): ~7.5/10 - This probably isn't that accurate since her old account got hacked and I'm actually looking at past posts and such. In any case, I used to see her around a lot more; she (and Jeff, who has since resigned and quit) used to be on top of everything. Recently, I don't see her mod actions as often and yeah. 'kay.

Jackie (Gypsy Eyes): ~5/10 - (This probably isn't that accurate of a rating since I don't go into xanga forums and webmasters' corner much.) I think she's been on vacation or something for the past two or so weeks.. but regardless, her post per day count is even lower than that of Ashley's; it's 5.9. A quick search also reveals that if she's active in the xanga forums, it's mostly in xanga showcase. Very few mod actions there, that I can see, and she doesn't help in xanga help either. But she might be backstage for all I know; her ppd tells me otherwise, though. Or she might accept skins, I don't know.

Sammi (headphones): ~8/10 - She's dedicated; although, since she's just recently shifted to myspace staff, I can't really accurately rate her modding. But one little criticism I have is that when she posts that there are similar threads, she could include a link.

Heather (Heathasm): ~7/10 - (This probably isn't that accurate of a rating since I don't go into xanga forums and webmasters' corner much.) A quick search of her recent posts in xanga forums & webmasters' corner shows moderating actions, but upon going back a little further, it seems to come in bouts. Could probably help a little more, rather than just closing topics..

Jordan (jordanriane): ~9/10 - We've had disagreements, but like I said when she was first modded, she deserves the position because she's greatly helpful there. I know she's the most active person in the livejournal forums, even if I don't frequent that part of the site.

James (kryogenix): ~8.5/10 - Definitely one of the quieter mods, but I know he takes care of interests, and occasionally pops into the lounge and such. Logical guy, yeah.

Carrie (MissMata): ~4/10 - (This probably isn't that accurate of a rating since I don't go into xanga forums and webmasters' corner much.) Dude. Whoa. A search of her posts in xanga/webmasters' yielded mostly just skins. The most recent hit of a closed topic was from February. Wow. ._. Um. Yea. But she submits skins. So that's spiffy; she might be into backstage and accepting skins, I dunno.

Steph (mouse_3k): ~6.5/10 - She was more active when she was first modded; I get the feeling that she was modded to help out in the girls' locker.. But she still mods more than certain other mods. Yep.

Reiri (nyah-nek0): ~9/10 - (This probably isn't that accurate of a rating since I don't go into xanga forums and webmasters' corner much, and also since she was just recently appointed.) I used to notice her a lot in xanga forums before she was modded, and a quick search shows that she's still just as helpful. And she's also shifted into the community forums a little, so that's cool.

Toby (Spiritedfreak): ~ 6/10 - (This probably isn't that accurate of a rating since I don't go into xanga forums and webmasters' corner much.) Has a quite a few tutorials, but doesn't particularly helps out in xanga forums; of course, she may do backstage or accept skins. *shrug*

Kara (StanleyThePanda): ~1.5/10 - (This probably isn't that accurate of a rating since she was just recently appointed.) Erm. 5.6 ppd count isn't too great - lowest one yet. Though recently appointed, she wasn't that recently appointed. No mod actions (to my knowledge), and I was informed she doesn't post backstage.. she might accept skins.. but I also sort of doubt that.

Could probably stand to go into her modded forums and help rather than just hanging out in the community center or just closing topics. But she's more active than some other xanga staff.

Nicki (tweeak): ~8/10 - Now, it's something to hear this from me since I don't have much room to talk.. but she's gotten mean! Heh. Not that I'm really complaining... Just saying. Um. Constant moderating actions, yeah. That's good.

Many thanks to those who took an extra effort to explain the rating of each moderator. After all, what we asked for WAS NOT just a simple rating, we asked for explanations to judge what we need to improve. This is especially important for moderators who have a lower rating than others. Blah blah blah.

^ Actually, that's just a vain attempt at trying to figure out why I got a 6/8—that's 75% out of 100%. I understand if attendence is a problem, but the fact that I've been on cB at least six days a week for as long as I could each time (one hour+) and getting such a rating is discomforting. Just because I've been a morning cBer lately doesn't mean that I don't post nor moderate. I go to all community center forums, though I have to be honest that technology and cars subforums aren't my strong points. So yea, can you tell me what I'm doing so badly that I deserve such a grade?

And though there will be people who think I'm a stuck up for even asking, just know that I've never let a teacher/professor give me a bad grade without explaining to me what I did wrong so I know to do better next time. That's just how I am.

Not to be defensive, but I think it's worth mentioning that it was easier to be a nicer mod when members weren't constantly undermining our authority and questioning our ability. Yes, if someone argues with me, I will argue back. That's to be expected. If you don't want me to be mean, don't assume that I think I'm superior and that you have to prove me otherwise. That's not how I am. Don't jump to conclusions. I observe other peoples' actions before I decide whether I like them or now; I don't jump to conclusions after a few unfortunate situations
